From the minute you contact us we are dedicated to finding you the perfect student accommodation to suit you.

 

We have a friendly, professional team of student letting agents who offer a focused service tailored to meet your needs.  Here's how the process works:

 

1) You contact us looking for student property in Newcastle

 

2) We will discuss your requirements with you in terms of rent, which area you prefer etc.

 

3) We can then suggest a number of properties that are available from our extensive list

 

4) We will then arrange viewings to take a closer look around as many properties as you like, at suitable times for you

 

5) You find your ideal accommodation and you want to sign up for it

 

6) We can take a holding deposit from you to secure the property and then you have 3 days to pop into the office and sign your tenancy agreement OR:

 

7) You can pop into the office straight away and we'll go through all the paperwork with you

 

• In order to sign up to a property you will need:

 

• Your damage deposit (the equivalent of 1 calender months rent payable by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Please note debit card payments incur a 90p administration charge, and credit cards incur a 3% administration charge)

 

• Your student ID card

 

• Bank details. Including account details, bank address + postcode (this is to enable us to set-up a standing order for your rent)

 

• Passport (only if you are not a British Citizen)

 

• You will also need to take away a a guarantor form to be completed by your parent or guardian
