From the minute you contact us we are dedicated to finding you the perfect student accommodation to suit you.
We have a friendly, professional team of student letting agents who offer a focused service tailored to meet your needs. We are sure we can match just about any requirement and budget for student houses in Newcastle, Jesmond, Sandyford, Heaton, Fenham, Gosforth, Spital Tongues or wherever your preference.

Here's how the process works:
1) You contact us looking for student property in Newcastle
2) We will discuss your requirements with you in terms of rent, which area you prefer etc.
3) We will suggest a number of properties that are available from our extensive list
4) We will arrange suitable viewing appointments for you to take a closer look around the properties
Our normal viewing times are between 11am - 4.30pm Mon - Fri. Viewings outside of these hours and at weekends may be considered on an individual basis.
5) You find your ideal accommodation and you want to sign up for it
6) We can take a holding deposit from you to secure the property and then you have 5 days to pop into the office and sign your tenancy agreement OR:
7) You can pop into the office straight away and we'll go through all the paperwork with you
To sign up for a property each tenant will need:
• Your 1st month's rent. This is calculated by taking the weekly rental amount per person, multiplying by 52 (weeks in a year) then divided by 12 (months in a year) e.g. £65 per week x 52 = £3,380 divided by 12 = £281.67.
Your 1st months rent is payable when you sign the tenanacy agreement by cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
Please note debit card payments incur a £1 administration charge, and credit cards incur a 2.5% administration charge
• Your damage deposit - equivalent to 1 months rent rounded up to the nearest £5 e.g. £281.67 rent = £285 deposit.
Your deposit is payable on or before the term of your tenanacy agreement begins. e.g. 1st July 2012 by cash, debit, credit card or bank transfer.
Students living outside of the UK will need to pay the equivilent of 2 months rent as their damage deposit unless paying rent in full at the start of the tenancy.

• Your student ID card
• Bank Account details to set-up a standing order for your future rental payments
